Home Renovation and Remodeling
Residential Remodeling and Cabinetry, LLC is a General Contractor, Licensed and Bonded in the State of WA. Located in University District. We are a full-service design and build contractor, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels, bringing extensive remodeling and restoration experience to many types of homes, including the restoration of older homes.
Custom Cabinetry
Our cabinetry for kitchen, bath, and home remodels is semi custom-built to fit within our client’s space and needs, regardless of size or complexity. As experts in the industry, we can customize any cabinetry as well as manufacture any door style. We offer a variety of wood selections, finishes, stains, glazing and paint colors! We primarily build european frameless style cabinets (or euro-cabinets) which gives the ability to be maximize the design of your project as well as to fully customize to your space.
Contractor Services
As a fully licensed and bonded contractor, we are able to complete the entire scope of work for your home remodel project including electrical, plumbing, fabrication, drywall, stoneware, and beyond. This is all determined during our in-home consultation and in the design.
Some homeowners may request to do part of the Scope of Work. As a team, we can assist and provide input that will allow our clients to complete parts of the project themselves . This can also be discussed during the design phase of the project.
About The Owner
LaVeron Paul Vetter (LP) is a multifaceted professional with a deep-rooted passion for both psychology and construction. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Psychology, LP has a good understanding of the mind and a keen eye for detail.
While LP initially embarked on a career as a Mental Health Therapist, he discovered his knack for home remodeling as a hobby and through volunteer work. This newfound passion led him to delve into the world of construction while still maintaining his private practice. In 1976, LP’s journey brought him to Seattle, where he embarked on a new venture – flipping and building homes.
In 1997, LP transitioned full-time to remodeling and land development, establishing his own construction company. Shortly after, he shifted his business to focus entirely on home remodeling, with a particular emphasis on cabinetry and design work. This shift allowed him to refine his skills and cater to the unique needs and aesthetic aspirations of his clients.
With his background in psychology and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, LP brings a distinct perspective to remodeling projects. His ability to merge psychological insights with innovative design solutions sets him apart in the industry, enabling him to create spaces that not only meet functional requirements but also nurture the well-being of the homeowners.
